Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with CalFresh not updating my income. I've had some changes recently and I need to get this sorted out. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do when I finally get through to them on the phone?

I can't even get past the check your info part. It always tells me my info is wrong. I've called half a dozen numbers, even other counties who just give me a main medicaid number. So I'm going to try this tomorrow because my last worker cheated me out of 200$ a month while I was homeless, and for 6 months now, I've been trying to get through.

Quick question - did your income go up or down? If it went down, make sure to emphasize that when you talk to them. They tend to prioritize those cases from what I've heard.

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. My unemployment case was closed because of a missing paystub, but I've already submitted it. Now I can't seem to get anyone to review and process my case. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to get them to look at my case again?

Not sure if this helps, but I've heard some people have had luck reaching out through social media. Try tweeting at the unemployment office or messaging them on Facebook. Sometimes public pressure can get results.

EBT benefits suddenly discontinued after interview and submitting docs - DPSS not answering. Help!

My EBT benefits got cut off out of nowhere and I'm freaking out. I did everything right - had my interview and sent in all the paperwork they asked for. Now I can't even buy food. Anyone know why this might have happened or how to fix it? I've been trying to call but can't get through to a real person. This is so frustrating!

From my experience, they usually want at least one full month of pay stubs from the new job. But def call and ask to be sure!

CA EBT: Tips for reaching customer service? Impossible to get through

Has anyone else been having trouble getting through to EBT California Customer Service? I've been trying to reach them for days now and it's driving me crazy. Their office hours are so limited and the phone lines are always jammed. I really need to talk to someone about my benefits but it feels impossible. Any tips or tricks for actually getting a human on the line?
