If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I totally feel everyone's frustration here! I've been lurking on this thread because I'm dealing with the exact same nightmare. After trying for literally 2 weeks straight, I finally got through yesterday using a combo of tips from this thread. Here's what worked: I called the lost/stolen card line at exactly 8:00 AM, got transferred to customer service, and waited on hold for about 90 minutes. It was brutal but worth it. Pro tip: download a podcast or audiobook because you'll be there a while! The rep was actually super helpful once I got through - they resolved my issue in like 10 minutes. It's insane that the actual help is good, but getting to it is like climbing Mount Everest. Keep pushing everyone, it's possible! 🤞

Thanks for sharing your success story! It's so encouraging to hear that someone actually made it through and got their issue resolved. 90 minutes on hold is crazy long, but honestly at this point I'd take that over the endless busy signals. I'm definitely going to try your approach tomorrow morning - calling the lost/stolen line right at 8 AM and asking for a transfer. The podcast idea is brilliant too, might as well make the wait somewhat productive! It really shouldn't be this hard to get basic help, but I appreciate you taking the time to share what worked for you. Gives me hope! 🙏

This thread is so helpful! I've been banging my head against the wall trying to get through for the past month. Reading all these strategies gives me hope that there might actually be a way through this bureaucratic nightmare. I'm definitely going to try the lost/stolen card number trick first thing Monday morning - that's such a clever workaround that I never would have thought of! It's honestly heartbreaking that we have to become customer service ninjas just to access benefits we're entitled to. The system is clearly overwhelmed and underfunded, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you're trying to put food on the table. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and tips. At least we're all in this together! 💙

Not sure if this helps, but I've heard some people have had luck reaching out through social media. Try tweeting at the unemployment office or messaging them on Facebook. Sometimes public pressure can get results.

guys. we need to organize and do something about this. its not ok that so many of us are struggling to get basic help. maybe we should start a petition or contact local news?
