am i the only one whos wondering why we even need SSA verification?? my parents already verified their identity with ID.me and we uploaded our tax returns... why do they need to double check with social security too? seems like unnecessary bureaucracy imo

I finally got through the SSA verification yesterday!! Exactly 26 days after submission. No explanation for the delay, it just suddenly changed status. Now I have to deal with my school requesting additional verification documents... this process never ends 😫
