my sister and i both filed claims about 6 weeks apart (me in jan, her in feb) and our experiences were totally different? mine took just 2 weeks to start paying while hers is STILL pending after 6 weeks. same employer even! makes no sense how inconsistent they are. i think its just luck of the draw and which agent gets your file tbh
