Can I visit Washington ESD unemployment office in person for help?

I'm having issues with my unemployment claim and phone support isn't working out. I keep getting disconnected or put on hold for hours. Can I just go to a Washington ESD office in person to talk to someone? I live near Seattle and would rather drive somewhere than keep trying to call. Does anyone know if they still do walk-ins or if I need an appointment?
