My RESEA deadline is on apparently on the 17th, when my meeting is scheduled to take place. (I swear it originally said the 21st was my deadline) Why would they let me schedule for the 17th if it wasn't allowed? Will I be alright as long as I go?

Sorry this went unanswered. If your meeting is on or before the deadline and you attend it, you've done what's asked. Keep any confirmation. If you ever can't make a RESEA meeting, call the PA CareerLink office on your letter right away. PA gives two chances to attend, and missing both can cost up to two weeks of benefits.
