Possibly, it takes a while for their systems to update. If it’s not showing by 2 pm think about giving them a call. I wouldn’t panic yet, I’m sure it’s coming!

Hi Nathan:) As I mentioned before unfortunately the Representative's are usually not on the same page and it us unfortunately a common issue from what I see on a day to day basis. Log in to your tomorrow morning to see if there is an update. I'm not certain the system will update the status on the weekend. I speak with many people in your similar situation on a daily basis and try and tell them to stay positive and stay diligent that this will all work it's way out! Keep your head up!

Even with you are not eligible if you voluntarily quit your job. You’re going to need to get that fixed and may need to come up with some proof of you getting laid off due to to be eligible. After you get that worked out you will definitely be eligible for backpay, so don’t give up.

On my end, I spoke to 5 different individuals with and they all told me something different. It is very unfortunate. Hang in there!
