Why Is Code 971 Showing On My 2023 Transcript While WMR Shows PATH Message And Tax Topic 152 After 3 Weeks?

Filed my taxes three weeks ago and got accepted right away. When I check WMR it shows PATH message but my transcript has code 971. Does this mean there's a problem? Looking at my Where's My Refund page right now for Tax year 2024: It shows: Return: Received Refund: ? Refund Sent: ? The status message says "We have received your tax return and it is being processed. If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances." It also shows "Please check here or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go, to check on your refund status." Under "Helpful Information" it shows "Please read the following information related to your tax situation: Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" My personal tax information shows: Tax Year: 2024 Filing Status: Single The amount on my return shows up correctly but I'm nervous about delays since it's showing code 971 on my transcript but the PATH message on WMR. Does this combination usually indicate a problem or additional review? I really need this money for bills and I'm getting anxious seeing it stuck in this status for three weeks now. Should I call the IRS about this situation or just keep waiting?
