When does PATH Act lift in 2025? EITC/ACTC refund release date
Anyone know when the PATH act lift date is this year? I claimed EITC and ACTC and want to know when I can expect my refund to actually start processing. Filed 1/29 and accepted same day.

The PATH Act hold lifts on February 15th, 2025. However, this doesn't guarantee your refund will be released immediately. The IRS typically starts sending EITC/ACTC refunds to banks by the end of February, with most people seeing deposits in their accounts by March 1st. Make sure your Where's My Refund shows processing to ensure you're on track.
