When do IRS transcripts update for 2023 tax return with dependents? Mine showing blank
I filed my taxes with dependents and my transcript is completely empty. No processing info, no codes, nothing showing up at all. Starting to get worried since I need this money. Anyone know the typical timeframe for transcripts to start showing activity?

Transcripts typically update weekly, usually between Thursday night and Friday morning around 3-6am EST. However, during peak filing season, some accounts may take 2-3 weeks to show initial processing activity. Having dependents with EIC/CTC can add additional processing time due to PATH Act verification requirements.

Totally normal in January/February! Many early filers see blank transcripts for a few weeks, especially with dependent credits.

PATH act means they cant release refunds with EITC/ACTC before mid-February anywayz. its so anoying but thats how it is
