VA State Tax Refund: Delay after ID Verification Letter - Timeline for Processing?
Filed Virginia taxes end of January, got stuck in processing. Just got ID verification letter and completed verification. Anyone from VA know how long after verification it usually takes to get the refund? Currently showing processing status on wheres my refund portal.

VA resident here! Just went through this same process last month. After I completed my ID verification, it took exactly 11 business days for my refund to hit my account. The "Where's My Refund" portal didn't update until literally the day before I got paid, so don't stress too much if it's still showing processing. VA has been slower than usual this year but they're definitely working through the backlog. Keep checking every few days but try not to obsess over it - it'll come!
