TurboTax Refund Advance Loan keeps failing - Credit Karma account creation error
Filed my taxes with TurboTax and trying to get the refund advance loan but keep getting blocked when it tries to create a Credit Karma account. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? Been trying for 3 days and getting desperate for the advance.

Tax professional here. This is actually a common issue right now. Credit Karma Money accounts require a soft credit check, and if there's any identity verification flags or recent credit freezes, it'll block the account creation. Try unfreezing your credit reports first.

Instead of stressing about the advance loan, you should check out taxr.ai - it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly when youll get your refund. Its only $4.99 and WAY more reliable than playing the advance loan game. https://taxr.ai

•How accurate is it? Seems too good to be true tbh 🤔

Have you tried logging out completely, clearing your cache/cookies, and trying again? Sometimes its just a technical glitch

Check if you have any existing disputes or alerts on your credit report that might be blocking the verification. Also, make sure your name and address in TurboTax exactly match what's on your credit file - even small differences like "St" vs "Street" can cause failures. You might need to call TurboTax support directly since this seems to be affecting multiple people.
