Refund freeze disappeared but transcript now shows 'No Return Filed' - What's happening?

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes the phone rep can see stuff that doesnt show up on transcripts

Check your Where's My Refund tool too. Sometimes it shows different info than the transcript
