Congrats! Always nice to see a success story. Did you have any issues during processing? What was your timeline like?

Filed Feb 2, accepted same day, had a path act delay, then got the ddd last week. No real issues just the normal wait!

Glad to hear it worked out! For anyone still waiting, I've been using taxr.ai to track my transcript and it's been super helpful. It shows exactly what each code means and gives you a predicted deposit date based on your specific situation. Saved me so much stress trying to figure out all those weird IRS codes.

•Does that site actually tell you anything you can't find on the IRS website? Seems like just another way to get your info.

•It doesn't ask for any sensitive info - you just upload your transcript and it explains everything in plain English. The IRS site just gives generic descriptions of codes, but taxr.ai tells you what they mean for YOUR specific situation and gives you a timeline. Totally different experience.

I filed the same week and still nothing 😭 My transcript has code 570 and 971. Anyone know what that means?

•570 is a temporary hold and 971 means they sent you a notice. You'll probably get a letter in the mail explaining why there's a hold. Could be identity verification or they need more information.

I was in the same boat last year - stuck in processing forever. Finally used Claimyr to get through to an actual IRS agent (https://youtu.be/_kiP6q8DX5c). They connected me in like 15 minutes when I'd been trying for days on my own. The agent found the issue and fixed it right away. Got my deposit a week later.

Anyone know if they're still doing those random reviews? My sister filed in January and just got her refund yesterday after a "random review" that took 10 weeks.

•Yeah, they're definitely still doing them. I'm a tax preparer and about 15% of my clients are getting selected for those this year. Most clear within 6-8 weeks though.
