IRS Transcript Shows Additional Tax Assessed Today (1/14/25) After November Amendment - Next Steps?

Just checked my transcript and noticed an update today, January 14, 2025. I'm a bit concerned about what I'm seeing and not sure if I need to do anything or just wait it out. They just appeared today. I amended my return back in November (you can see the 971/977 codes from 11/17), and now I'm wondering if this is related to that amendment or something else entirely. I also noticed there was a refund freeze back in March, and I'm not sure if that's still in effect or what's happening with my refund after the amendment. Anyone know what the next steps are? Should I wait for the notice to arrive in the mail before doing anything? Really hoping I don't have to call them again cause last time I was on hold for 3 hours just to get disconnected. The IRS phone system is absolutely horrible.
