PATH Act Message Showing Up Before ID Verification Notice - What Does This Mean?
I got the PATH act delay message on WMR but haven't received any notice about verifying my identity. Anyone else experience this? Should I be worried or is this normal? Filed early February with EITC.

The PATH Act message can appear independently of ID verification requirements. It's specifically related to returns claiming EITC or ACTC, which by law can't be released before mid-February. However, you should still keep an eye on your account, as verification notices can come later in the process.
