Kentucky State Tax Refund: When does KY Revenue website update their Where's My Refund tool?
Filed my Kentucky state taxes 3 weeks ago and still showing nothing on their wheres my refund website. Anyone know when they typically update their system? Getting worried since my federal already came thru.

Kentucky's Department of Revenue updates their Where's My Refund tool daily, usually overnight. However, it typically takes 4-6 weeks for state refunds to process. If you e-filed, you should see it appear in the system within 48 hours of filing, but that doesn't mean your refund is processed yet.

The website is trash tbh. I called them last year and they said my refund was approved even tho the website showed nothing

I'm in the same situation - filed my KY taxes about 2 weeks ago and still nothing showing up on their system. From what I've researched, Kentucky's processing times have been really slow this year. Even though they update daily, it can take 4-8 weeks for the refund to actually show up as processed. The federal system is just way more efficient than most state systems unfortunately. Hang in there!
