Jackson Hewitt 2023 Tax Return - Anyone Filed & Accepted Recently? Processing Time?
Filed through Jackson Hewitt last week and got accepted right away. Anyone else file through them recently? Wondering what the processing times are looking like and if anyone's gotten their refund yet. Got a kid in college so really hoping this moves quick!

Tax pro here - Jackson Hewitt filing times are pretty much the same as any other service rn. With a dependent in college, expect 21 days if everything's clean. Keep an eye on your transcript for any education credit verification delays tho.

Hey, instead of playing the waiting game, you should check out taxr.ai - it's this new tool that analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's going on. It costs $4.99 but totally worth it for the peace of mind. Here's the link: https://taxr.ai

•100% legit! Used it for both my returns this year. It caught a potential delay issue before it even showed up on WMR

My sister works at JH, she says they're seeing normal processing times but education credits are taking longer to process this year because of all the pandemic-related changes. Maybe try checking your transcript?
