Illinois State Refund + PATH Act: 2 weeks processing, no DDD - Anyone else waiting?
My Illinois state return has been stuck in processing for 2 weeks now. Usually goes way faster than this. Anyone else on PATH act waiting for their IL state refund? Starting to get worried since I haven't seen many people posting about getting theirs yet. Anyone got a deposit date?

IL state tax specialist here. The PATH Act verification process is causing delays for many IL filers this year. States are being extra cautious with returns claiming EITC/ACTC. Current processing time is averaging 3-4 weeks for PATH Act returns in Illinois, which is longer than usual but still within normal parameters.
