IRS Transcript Website Update: No More 4 Box Layout - How to Navigate New Design?
Just tried logging in to check my transcripts and everything looks different. Used to be 4 boxes where you could choose what type of transcript you wanted to view. Now I'm completely lost trying to find my way around. Anyone else seeing this change? Where do I even click to see my account transcript now?

Yes, the IRS updated their website interface recently. Now you need to click on 'Get Transcript' and then select 'Get Transcript Online.' After verification, you'll see a dropdown menu instead of the boxes. All the same options are there (Return, Account, Wage & Income, Record of Account) - they've just changed the layout to be more mobile-friendly.
