Error 6000 When Trying to Access IP PIN After Months of Waiting - ID.me Verified But Still Blocked from IRS Website

Filed for an IP PIN months ago and still nothing in the mail. Called the IRS twice and went through ID.me verification but nobody seems to be able to help me get access to my PIN. Can't file without it and getting really frustrated with the whole process. I just tried logging into the IRS website again to retrieve my Identity Protection PIN and got blocked with an error message saying "Something Went Wrong" and "A condition has been identified that's preventing your access to this service." The system is telling me to "Please contact the Help Desk at 888-841-4648." There's an Error code: 6000 and a TID: 28586412-e1cd-4a7c-8953-02e31dee1d24 displayed on the screen. The page shows "VIEW YOUR ALTERNATIVES" at the bottom but doesn't actually provide any useful alternatives. This is beyond frustrating because I've been trying to get my IP PIN for months. I've called the IRS multiple times, completed the ID.me verification process successfully, but I still can't access my PIN. Without it, I'm completely stuck and can't file my taxes. Is there any way to resolve this error 6000? Has anyone else experienced this when trying to get their IP PIN? I'm at my wit's end with the IRS website and phone support.
