IRS Agents giving zero info - all 4 reps say same thing about delays
Just got off the phone with 4 different IRS reps and they all gave me the exact same response - just wait. Won't even answer basic questions about the holiday delays. Anyone else getting stonewalled like this?

Former IRS employee here. The reps are likely following strict protocols right now due to high call volumes and processing backlogs. They're limited in what they can tell you without supervisor approval. Your best bet is to check your transcript online for the most up-to-date info.
