ID Verify Tip: Phone verification got me DDD after online verify failed
Been stuck waiting forever after filing in early February. Did the online ID verify in March but nothing happened for weeks. Finally called to verify over the phone 4 days ago and boom - got my deposit date this morning! If youre stuck after online verify definitely try calling instead.

This is actually a common occurrence. The online verification system can sometimes fail to properly link to your return. Phone verification creates a direct case note that gets processed faster. Always recommend calling if you don't see movement within 2 weeks of online verification.
