UPDATE: Phone verification worked! Got DDD after months of waiting - Filed 2/5
Just wanted to share a win! Been stuck since filing in February with zero movement. Did the ID verify online in March but nothing happened. Finally called to verify over the phone 4 days ago and this morning I woke up to a direct deposit date! If youre stuck definitely try calling instead of just the online verify.
