Finally got movement on my return after receiving an accuracy review letter. My transcript updated March 6 and shows something about April 15. The letter mentioned additional 60 days but I'm confused about what all this means. Looking at my transcript, I see my ACCOUNT BALANCE is -$5,993.00 with ACCRUED INTEREST: $0.00 and ACCRUED PENALTY: $0.00 AS OF: Mar. 06, 2023. The ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -$5,993.00. I see the "570 Additional account action pending" code which I'm guessing relates to the accuracy review. Does anyone know how to interpret these dates? The letter mentioned additional 60 days for processing but I'm not sure if the April 15 date means that's when I'll get my refund or if it's just the standard tax date? My refund should be around $5,993 according to the account balance. Really hoping this means my refund is coming soon.
