Filed 1/29, WMR delayed, transcript N/A - Do I need to verify by phone after online verification?
Filed and got accepted January 29th but Where's My Refund is showing delayed beyond normal timeframe. My transcript is still showing N/A. Already did the ID verify online but wondering if I need to call and verify too? Anyone know the best time to call and typical hold times?

The processing time after online verification is usually 9 weeks. Keep checking your transcript daily - once it switches from N/A, that's when you'll see movement.

Check your tax transcript every Tuesday morning. Thats when they do the weekly updates. If its still N/A after online verification for more than 2 weeks, then maybe think about calling.
