Different dates showing for As Of Date (2/24) vs Cycle Code date (2/17) - what does this mean?
Looking at my transcript and noticed two different dates. The as of date shows 2/24 but my cycle code date shows 2/17. Anyone know what this means or if its important? Starting to get confused with all these different dates.

The 'as of' date and cycle code dates often differ and that's completely normal. The cycle code date (2/17) shows when your return was processed, while the 'as of' date (2/24) indicates when your account information was last updated or will be updated. Neither date necessarily indicates when you'll receive your refund.

•Oh that makes more sense! So the as of date changing doesn't necessarily mean anything is happening with my refund?

•Exactly! The as of date can change multiple times during processing without any real impact on your refund timeline.

Hey guys, instead of trying to decode these dates yourself, you should try taxr.ai - it's this new tool that analyzes your transcript and explains exactly what all these dates mean and when you'll likely get your refund. It's only $1 and saved me hours of google searching lol https://taxr.ai

•100% works! It told me exactly why my refund was delayed and when to expect it. Way better than guessing 💯
