Need help understanding Cycle Code dates on IRS transcript - when will I get my refund?
I see a cycle code on my transcript with a date next to it but im completely lost on what this means for my refund. Can someone explain what the cycle code date actually means and how to figure out when I might get my money?

The cycle code date on your transcript shows when the IRS processed your return. The first 2 digits tell you which day of the week (01-05, Monday-Friday). Last 2 digits are the week number of the year. For example, 20231405 means it was processed on Thursday (04) of the 14th week of 2023. Usually, direct deposits come 5-7 days after this date, paper checks take 2-3 weeks.
