Chime Early Direct Deposit for Tax Refund - Path Act lifted on 15th/17th
My transcript shows path lifts between the 15th and 17th. Anyone know how many days early Chime usually deposits refunds? Keep hearing 5-6 days early but not sure if thats accurate anymore with all the delays this year.

Tax pro here - Chime typically releases funds as soon as they receive the ACH from IRS. Generally 2-5 days before your DDD (direct deposit date). But remember, the Path lift date isn't your DDD - you'll need to wait for your transcript to update with an 846 code to know your actual deposit date.

Word of advice dont count on early deposit dates. Banks be playin games and IRS moves slower than a snail climbing mount everest š
