Child Tax Credit eligibility with expiring work permit & pending extension - baby born in US
Does anyone know if my child tax benefits stop when my work permit expires in March? I already applied for extension in January but still waiting. Will be on implied status after March. Baby was born here in the US - really need to know about the tax credits.
