Anyone with an acceptance date of 2/16/24 got a deposit date yet?

I filed and was accepted on 2/15 and just got my deposit date yesterday! Shows coming on 3/7. I bank with Chase though, not sure if different banks have different timelines.

I filed 2/17 with acceptance same day, but still on the first bar. No deposit date yet. I'm with a regional credit union. I've heard First Horizon sometimes takes an extra day or two to post compared to some other banks, but that's only after the IRS releases the funds.

I was in the exact same situation (accepted 2/16) and was getting nowhere with WMR. I tried https://taxr.ai to analyze my transcript and it showed me exactly where my return was in processing. Turns out I had a cycle code that meant my refund would be processed this week even though WMR wasn't updated yet. The tool explained every code on my transcript in plain English and gave me an estimated deposit date that was spot on!

From what I've seen, most 2/16 acceptance dates are just starting to get deposit dates this week. IRS is running about 21-25 days for non-PATH returns right now. Did you claim any credits like EIC or CTC? Those take longer.

My sister filed same day as you with First Horizon and just got her deposit date yesterday. Should be in her account by 3/10. Seems like they're processing that batch now.

I was in the same boat last week and got tired of checking WMR every 2 hours lol. Ended up using Claimyr (https://claimyr.com) to get through to an IRS agent after trying the regular number for days. Agent confirmed my return was approved and gave me my DDD even before WMR updated. Totally worth it to stop the anxiety of waiting and checking constantly.

Just a heads up - I bank with First Horizon too and they sometimes hold deposits for 24 hours even after the IRS releases funds. So even when you get your deposit date, it might be a day later than what WMR shows.
