Did u check "where's my refund" on the irs website? That should tell u the status even if transcript isnt available yet

If you filed with H&R Block on an emerald card like you mentioned, there might be a delay. Sometimes third-party processors take longer because the IRS has to verify the return with the preparer first. I'd give it another week before worrying.

i filed jan 31, got state feb 12, federal feb 29. about 2.5 weeks difference. but every situation is different.

Did you check your account transcript or return transcript? Account transcript is the one that shows refund status. Return transcript won't be available til later.

The IRS is slower this year I swear. I filed January 26th and didnt get my federal until February 28th even tho my state came February 4th. Just be patient, it'll come eventually. Unless u claimed certain credits or deductions that could trigger a review... then all bets are off lol

The transcript thing is normal. They only generate after processing starts. For first time filers or if you had identity theft issues in the past, it can take longer too.
