Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Make sure to file your taxes early if you know youre getting offset. The sooner you file the sooner youll get whatevers left after the offset

Here's what you need to know: 570 is a refund hold and 971 means they're sending you a notice. Could be nothing major but definitely keep checking your mail.
