If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Here's what you need to know about amending with business expenses: - Gather ALL receipts and documentation for expenses - Make sure expenses are actually deductible - Use Schedule C to report business income/expenses - File 1040-X with corrected amounts - Include any missing 1099s - Consider using taxr.ai to analyze your situation first - saved me tons of headache with my amendment - Expect 16-20 week processing time - You may owe penalties/interest on unreported income - File ASAP to minimize penalties

Still Stuck at "Return Received" on IRS2Go After Filing HOH on Jan 20 - No Updates in 3 Weeks

I filed with head of household on January 20th and got accepted right away, but I'm getting really worried now. Every time I check my IRS2Go app (which I admit is multiple times daily), I just keep seeing the same frustrating message: "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." When I look at the app right now at 11:37 on 5G, I can see my refund status is still stuck on "Received" - it hasn't moved to "Approved" or "Sent" status yet. The app displays three status icons (Refund Received, Refund Approved, Refund Sent), but mine is only showing the first one highlighted. Under this, I see that annoying message: "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. For more information about processing delays, please see our Refund Frequently Asked Questions." There's even a note at the bottom telling me: "Please Note: For refund information, please continue to check here, or visit the Refunds page on IRS.gov. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day." Yet I can't help checking multiple times daily anyway! The app confirms my filing status as Head of Household is correct, and I can see my partially redacted SSN (###-##), but that's literally all the information I can get. The app has other tabs at the bottom for Refunds, Payments, Free Tax Help, and Connect, but none of those help my current situation. Everyone else I know who filed around the same time has gotten their refund or at least an update, but mine is just stuck with this same message. Is it normal to be stuck on "Your tax return is still being processed" for this long? I can check the Refunds page on IRS.gov as they suggest, but I'm worried something's wrong with my return. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay?

pro tip: check your transcript instead of WMR/IRS2Go. Those apps are clown shows 🤔

IRS Transcript Shows $10,205 Refund (EIC $5,333 & CTC $4,756) - Processing Date Feb 24, 2025 - When Will I Receive It?

My transcript just updated and shows a refund amount of $10,205.00. Looking at my account details, it shows the following information: ANY MINUS SIGN SHOWN BELOW SIGNIFIES A CREDIT AMOUNT ACCOUNT BALANCE: -10,205.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 17, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 17, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -10,205.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED: EXEMPTIONS: 04 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 34,594.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 12,694.00 TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2025 PROCESSING DATE Feb. 24, 2025 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20250602 02-24-2025 $0.00 76221-422-36557-5 806 W-2 or 1099 withholding 04-15-2025 -$116.00 766 Credit to your account 04-15-2025 -$4,756.00 768 Earned income credit 04-15-2025 -$5,333.00 This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data I filed as Head of Household with 4 exemptions, and my adjusted gross income was $34,594.00 with taxable income of $12,694.00. My tax per return shows $0.00, and I had no self-employment income. The return due date/received date shows as Apr 15, 2025. The processing date is Feb 24, 2025, and my account balance is -$10,205.00 with $0.00 in accrued interest and penalties as of Feb 17, 2025. I'm seeing codes 150 (Tax return filed with cycle 20250602), 806 (W-2 or 1099 withholding for $116.00), 766 (Credit to account for $4,756.00), and 768 (Earned income credit for $5,333.00). All these amounts add up to my total refund of $10,205.00. Anyone know what this means for my refund timeline? Does the cycle code 20250602 tell me anything about when to expect my refund? Will I receive the full $10,205.00 shown as my account balance? I'm really counting on getting this money soon.
