4/28 DDD on transcript - When will check actually arrive?

I finally got my refund date of 4/28 showing up on my transcript but since its a Friday, when should I expect to actually see the check in my mailbox? This waiting game is killing me

If your DDD is 4/28, the check will typically be mailed out on that date. Given standard USPS delivery times, you should expect it within 5-7 business days after the mail date. Some people get it sooner, but plan for about a week just to be safe.
