2023 Tax Return Still Processing - As of Date Feb 10 - Proposal Docs Sent in December
Filed my 2023 return and still waiting for my refund. My transcript shows an as of date of February 10th. I submitted all my proposal paperwork back in December but haven't heard anything since. No idea what's holding things up at this point.

The as of date on your transcript is just a computer-generated date and doesn't necessarily indicate when you'll receive your refund. Since you mentioned proposal paperwork, I'm assuming you're dealing with an Offer in Compromise. These typically take 6-9 months to process after all documentation is received. Keep checking your transcript for any updates or new notice codes.

Check your transcripts for TC 971 or 972 codes. Those usually show up when theres movement with proposal paperwork.
