How to check history of past DEO benefit payments I've already received?
Hey everyone! I'm having trouble figuring out how to view my payment history in CONNECT. I need to see the specific weeks I've already received benefits for so I can keep track for tax purposes. I've clicked around everywhere in my account but can't seem to find a clear section that shows my payment history. Does anyone know where exactly to look or which buttons to click to see a list of all my past paid weeks? Thank you in advance!

Log into your CONNECT account and look for the 'View and Maintain Account Information' section on your homepage after logging in. Click on 'Payment History' and you should see all your previous payments listed by date. You can filter by date range if you have a lot of payments. Make sure you're looking at 'Benefit Payments' not just 'Weekly Certifications' as they show different things.

i had same problem last month. u gotta click the little dropdown menu at top right after u login. then payment history. took me forever 2 find it too lol

IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING TROUBLE EVEN LOGGING IN TO CHECK ANYTHING?? I've been locked out for 2 WEEKS and can't even see my payments!!! Called 50+ times and get disconnected EVERY TIME. This system is GARBAGE!!

•I was having the same nightmare trying to get through to DEO. After days of failed attempts, I found Claimyr.com and it actually got me connected to a live agent in about 30 minutes. There are actually a few different ways to check your payment history in CONNECT: 1. From your claimant homepage, click on "View and Maintain Account Information" then select "Payment History" 2. Go to the top menu, select "Inquiry" and then "Payment History" 3. For a more detailed view that includes the specific weeks, click on "Determination, Pending Issue and Decision Summary" and look under the "Payments" section For tax purposes, remember you can also view/download your 1099-G form from January onwards by going to "View and Maintain Account Information" and selecting "1099-G".

When I was on unemployment last year I had similar confusion. Once I finally found my payment history I printed it out and kept it in a folder along with all my job search records. Makes it so much easier at tax time too. The DEO website is really not user friendly at all.

Quick question - does anyone know if we can download that payment history as a spreadsheet or PDF? I tried looking but couldn't figure it out.

•Yes, when you're viewing your payment history, look for a small printer icon in the upper right corner of the payment table. Click that, and it will give you options to print or save as PDF. There's also sometimes an export button that lets you save as Excel, but it's not always available depending on which part of the system you're in.
