Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

CDLE Nightmare: 3 Weeks No Benefits, Program Integrity Hold, Can't Reach Anyone - Help!

I'm at my wits end with the unemployment department. Been trying to get my benefits for 3 weeks now and keep hitting roadblocks. Got a determination saying I'm denied benefits for like 8 months because I 'failed to provide info'. But I sent everything they asked for last week! Plus there's some program integrity hold stopping my payments. I've tried calling over and over but the queue is always full within minutes of opening. When I finally got through to someone in Appeals, they couldn't even give me clear answers. Anyone else dealing with this nightmare? Any tips on how to actually get this resolved?
