If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

idk if this helps, but I started a side gig doing doordash while waiting for my unemployment to come thru. It's not much, but it's something to keep me afloat.

That's smart. How's the money with that? Been thinking about trying it myself.

It's hit or miss tbh. Some days are good, others not so much. But it's better than nothing πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Hey OP, I feel your pain. I went through something similar last year - 6 weeks with no payments and barely any communication from them. What finally worked for me was filing a complaint with the Colorado Department of Labor's ombudsman office. They have a specific process for unemployment payment delays and they can escalate your case internally. Also, try calling the technical support line instead of the regular claims line - sometimes they can see system issues that are holding up your payments. Don't lose hope, you're not alone in this mess! πŸ™

This is why we need UBI. The current system is a joke 🀑

I'm going through the exact same thing right now - filed 8 weeks ago and still radio silence from CDLE. It's absolutely infuriating when you're watching your savings disappear and can't get anyone to even acknowledge your existence. I've been documenting everything (screenshots, call logs, etc.) just in case I need to escalate this later. Have you tried reaching out to your state representative's office? I heard they sometimes have direct lines to help constituents with state agency issues. We really shouldn't have to jump through all these hoops just to get the benefits we're entitled to.

I'm so sorry everyone is going through this. I just wanted to share that I finally got through after 8 weeks by trying a different approach - I sent a written appeal through their online portal explaining my financial hardship and copied my state senator's office on it. Got a call back within 3 days! Sometimes putting it in writing and involving elected officials can shake things loose. Also, if you're really struggling financially, look into local food banks and utility assistance programs while you wait. The 211 helpline (dial 2-1-1) can connect you with resources in your area. Hang in there everyone! πŸ’™

Plot twist: what if we all show up at the unemployment office with lawn chairs and snacks? Make it a sit-in until they process our claims πŸ˜‚

Two months is absolutely unacceptable! I had a similar issue last year and what finally worked was filing a complaint with the Colorado Department of Labor directly through their website. There's a specific form for delayed claims processing. Also, try reaching out to Colorado Legal Aid - they have free resources for unemployment issues and can sometimes get things moving faster than going through the regular channels. Don't let them make you wait indefinitely when you need this support now!

This is really helpful advice! I didn't know about the Colorado Legal Aid option. Does anyone know if there's a specific deadline for filing that complaint form, or can you submit it even if it's been months since you originally filed your claim?

I'm going through the same situation with backdating my claim. From what I've gathered from the comments here, it seems like the key steps are: 1) Apply for standard UI benefits first in MyUI+, 2) Look for the "reopen " option, and 3) If your account is locked/on hold, submit the Program Integrity Hold form. Has anyone had recent success with this process? I'm wondering about current wait times and if there are any new requirements I should be aware of. Thanks for sharing all these helpful resources!

Hey Sofia! I'm in a similar boat trying to my claim. I've been following the steps mentioned here but still haven't had much luck getting through to anyone. The phone lines are always busy and I'm not sure if is still being processed for backdating. Has anyone actually gotten their approved recently? I'm worried I might be wasting time if they're not even accepting these requests anymore. Any updates would be super helpful!
