Transferred to wrong dept for payment plan - never called back. Tips to reach right person?
I just tried to call about setting up a payment plan, but I got transferred to the wrong department. They never even called me back! Has anyone else had this problem? It's so frustrating trying to get through to the right person. Any tips on how to actually reach someone who can help with payment plans?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been trying to set up a payment plan for weeks now. It's like they're purposely making it difficult 🙄 Have you tried calling first thing in the morning? I heard that's when the lines are less busy.

Morning calls are hit or miss tbh. I've had better luck calling right after lunch. Less hangry agents maybe? 😂

Pro tip: I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting for hours. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried using their online portal? Sometimes you can set up payment plans there without having to call in. Might be worth a shot!

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 AM when they open 2. Press 2, then 1, then 4 in the menu (might be different for your specific issue) 3. If you get transferred, hang up and try again 4. Be super nice to the person who answers, even if you're frustrated 5. Have all your info ready - account number, payment history, etc. It took me a few tries, but I finally got through and set up my plan. Don't give up!
