Claimyr automatically gets 's main service line (800)-300-5616 to call YOU back. No more redialing over and over again just straight to your phone and you're magically on hold.
It's legit. 💯
Cedric, in order to contact CA office with this service scroll to the top and click on the large green button that says “place call now”. It will prompt you to pick an office location and to enter your information and payment.
They will text you a confirmation and place a call for you. Once you are connected your phone will ring and when you answer there will be music letting you know you’re on hold. Call back usually comes 1-2 hours after your Claimyr.
Calls are $20, to save $5 copy this referral link and add it to your browser for the discount. The total will show the when you are ready to make the purchase. Good luck and don’t give up!!!

I'm in a similar situation trying to get my backpay sorted out. Has anyone had success recently getting through to using the 800-300-5616 number? The wait times seem incredibly long when I try calling directly. I'm considering using Claimyr based on the recommendations here, but wanted to see if anyone has other recent experiences or tips for getting through to a Tier 2 representative who can actually help with backpay requests.
Mia, I've been dealing with the same backpay issues! I tried calling 800-300-5616 directly for weeks with no luck - just constant busy signals or getting disconnected after hours on hold. Finally broke down and used Claimyr last week and it was honestly worth every penny. Got connected to a Tier 2 rep within about 90 minutes and they were able to process my backpay request right on the spot. The $20 cost stung a bit but saved me literally weeks of frustration. If you do use it, make sure to ask specifically for Tier 2 when you get connected - the first level reps can't always handle backpay requests.
Thanks for sharing all this helpful info everyone! I'm also struggling with backpay issues and have been trying to get through for months. The direct number 800-300-5616 seems impossible to reach - I've been getting busy signals or disconnected after waiting hours. Based on what I'm reading here, it sounds like Claimyr might be worth trying despite the cost. For those who've used it successfully, about how long did it take from when you paid for the service until you actually got connected to a Tier 2 rep? And were you able to get your backpay processed in that same call? Any other tips for what to have ready when they call you back would be super appreciated!
Ev, I just went through this whole process last month! From to getting the callback took about 2 hours, and yes I was able to get my backpay processed in that same call - took about 45 minutes once connected. Make sure you have your SSN, claim number, and the specific weeks you need backdated ready. Also have your ID and any documents showing when you first became unemployed. The Tier 2 rep was super helpful and walked me through everything. Definitely worth the $20 compared to the weeks I wasted trying to call directly. Good luck!
I've been following this thread closely as I'm dealing with the exact same backpay situation. After reading everyone's experiences, I decided to try Claimyr yesterday and wanted to share my results. Used the referral link someone posted above for the $5 discount, paid $15 total. Got my callback in about 1.5 hours and was connected to a Tier 2 rep who was incredibly helpful. She was able to my claim for 8 weeks that I'd been missing and said the payments should process within 3-5 business days. The whole call took about 30 minutes once connected. Honestly wish I'd found this service months ago instead of wasting so much time trying to call 800-300-5616 directly. For anyone still on the fence about the cost - it's absolutely worth it compared to the hours and stress of trying to get through on your own. Make sure you have all your documentation ready when they call back!
Caden, this is exactly what I needed to hear! I've been hesitating about spending the money but after reading your experience and everyone else's success stories, I think I'm going to bite the bullet and try Claimyr today. It sounds like the $15-20 cost is nothing compared to the weeks of time I've already wasted trying to get through on my own. Quick question - when the Tier 2 rep backdated your claim, did they give you a confirmation number or anything to track the status? I want to make sure I ask for that when I get my call. Thanks for sharing your experience, it really helps knowing others have had success with this!
I'm in the same boat as everyone here - been trying to get my backpay sorted for months now! Reading through all these success stories with Claimyr is really encouraging. I've probably wasted 40+ hours over the past few months trying to get through to 800-300-5616 directly with zero success. Always busy signals or getting disconnected after waiting for hours.
Based on what everyone's sharing here, it sounds like Claimyr is definitely the way to go. The $15-20 cost seems totally reasonable when you consider the time and frustration it saves. I'm planning to try it this week - does anyone know if there are better days/times to request the callback, or does it not really matter? Also, for those who got their backpay processed, how long did it actually take for the payments to hit your account after the call? Thanks for all the helpful info everyone - this community has been a lifesaver!
NebulaNomad, I just used Claimyr last week and can answer your questions! From what I experienced, the day/time doesn't seem to matter much - I requested my callback on a Wednesday afternoon and got connected within about 2 hours. As for timing, the Tier 2 rep told me it would take 3-5 business days and my backpay actually hit my debit card on day 4, so they were pretty accurate. One tip I'd add - make sure your phone is charged and you're somewhere you can take a longer call when they ring you back. My call ended up being about 40 minutes total but it was so worth it to finally get everything sorted out. Good luck!
