Need help disputing EDD penalty from 2021 - advice on drafting dispute letter?
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle with EDD. I've been trying to dispute a penalty from 2021 and I'm not sure how to go about it. Has anyone gone through this process before? I'm thinking about making a one-time payment while I dispute it to show good faith. Any advice on how to draft a dispute letter or email? I'm feeling pretty lost here and could use some guidance.

Yo, I found a way to beat the system! There's this site called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. It dials through the menu, waits on hold, and then calls you when a real person picks up. pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling right when they open or just before they close. sometimes works for me
