My new portal switch from pending payments of 4 weeks to disqualification  is there anything I can do to fix it , no card yet because all payments is on pending

Martin, do you have by any chance two different out of states addresses? I’ve seen many received a disqualification over out of state address. I had an identity issues holding my payment after backdate request. Eventually it took me total 6 weeks to get back pay. I know I uploaded and submitted a correct docs matched with a record but I still don’t understand why Edd system triggered 😤 me. It takes time for Edd to review again but once docs submitted again and once it verified again, payment is just next day up to 5 days. What address did you verify? Your mailing address or residential? I uploaded docs and they did not accept them
