Ugh, been there done that. It's so frustrating when you get locked out of your account. Have you tried calling the EDD helpline? They should be able to verify your identity and help you reset your password.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you checked if theres a way to reset your password through email? Sometimes they have that option buried somewhere on the login page.

This happened to me last month. Here's what worked for me: 1. Go to the EDD website 2. Click on 'Forgot Password' 3. Enter your username and the last 4 digits of your SSN 4. Answer your security questions 5. Create a new password If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to call them. Good luck!

Have you tried resetting your password through the mobile app? Sometimes it's easier than the website.

Word of advice: once you get back in, write down your password somewhere safe. I learned that lesson the hard way lol
