I just got off the phone with EDD. I wanted an update on address verification since I mailed documents a week and a half ago. They said it is taking 4-8 weeks to process but may be sooner since they have more resources. Did anyone else receive this information? Given that info it’ll be 3-4 months without income.

Hi Edgar, Yup, they are correct. It’s taking about 1 month & 1/2 to 2 months for them to receive and scan it in, after it scans in and give it another 2 weeks for them to verify. Once it’s been a month from when you sent it, I suggest calling weekly from them to keep on checking it’s been received and scanned! My husband is going into 3 months without income.
