It could be yes or no until you’ve seen updated certification with your payment or notice in the mail. When EDD determines claimant does not require for interview and found it’s eligible to pay out again, interview could be removed (skipped) or when claimant is eligible, edd pays first as conditional payment and then requests an eligibility later. If Edd makes a mistake, they can reach you out again with rescheduled interview in the letter. If you see your certification payment status switched to paid within 24-48 hrs, it means it went through without interview but if it keeps pending, it’s not.
