EDD confusion: New job mistaken for quitting - How to fix EDD's system error?

I started a new job recently and now EDD thinks I left it. Their online questions are so confusing! When they asked about my last employer, I put down my new company's name. Now they think I quit that job and went back to work somewhere else full-time. Has anyone else dealt with this? How do I fix it? Their system needs some serious work.

guys. i've been dealing with edd for 6 months now. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. save emails, take screenshots, write down who you talk to and when. trust me, it'll save your butt later.
