EDD Nightmare: Unprofessional Rep for Unemployment Reapplication - Need Advice!
I just had the worst experience trying to reapply for unemployment benefits. The representative I spoke to was so unprofessional and didn't help at all. Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm wondering if I should try calling again or if there's a better way to handle this. Any advice would be appreciated!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI
