Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes there's more info there about pending payments that you won't get in the mail.

Ive been dealing with edd for 6 months now. heres my advice: document EVERYTHING. every call, every letter, every interaction. itll help if you need to escalate or appeal later

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds archaic, but sometimes that gets faster results than submitting online. Worth a shot!
Faxing? What year is it? 😂 But for real, I'll try anything at this point. Do you know what fax number to use?

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a glitch in their system affecting a bunch of accounts. Might be worth asking if they're having any known issues when you finally get through to someone.

Pro tip: if you have a friend or family member who speaks another language, try the non-English phone lines. They often have shorter wait times and the reps usually speak English too.
