Hey everyone, I'm dealing with an SDI claim and just wanted to check if anyone else is in the same boat? I've been waiting for a while now and I'm not sure what to expect. Any advice or experiences you can share?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what I've learned from my SDI claim experience: ā¢ Be patient. It can take 2-3 weeks for them to process your claim initially. ā¢ Make sure all your paperwork is filled out correctly. Any mistakes can cause major delays. ā¢ Keep a record of all your communications with them. ā¢ If you haven't heard anything after 3 weeks, definitely try to call. ā¢ Check your online account regularly for updates. ā¢ Don't be afraid to reach out to your local representative if you're really stuck.
