EDD claim pending for 3+ weeks, no response. Help!
My EDD claim has been pending for over 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back. I've tried calling but can't get through to anyone. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get my claim approved or at least get an update?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what worked for me: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact EDD. 2. Send a message through your UI Online account. Be specific about your issue. 3. Contact your state assembly member or senator. They often have staff dedicated to EDD issues. 4. If you can get through on the phone, ask for a tier 2 specialist. 5. Check your spam folder regularly. Sometimes important emails end up there. 6. Be persistent but polite. The staff are overwhelmed too. Hope this helps! It took me about 6 weeks, but I finally got my claim sorted.
